It’s obvious that all the “weight loss tricks” aren’t capable of actual weight loss, or any of the magical claims that they make. If that were the case, we’d all eat cleaner because it would just be that easy! You and I both know how much of a struggle it can really be to transform from eating CRAP (carbonated, refined, artificial, processed foods) to a completely clean, nutritious way to approach food.
You shouldn’t have to deny yourself of delicious meals or go to bed hungry, that’s not what clean eating is, and it certainly won’t benefit you in the long run! Stop starving yourself with rigorous caloric restrictions and start giving your body the right fuel to burn.
Diets are made to be temporary solutions, band-aids that give you a false sense of confidence. Once you understand, and accept that you can’t keep living like that forever, you can move forward. Leave behind the emotions of shame and guilt that you experience with fad diets, and learn exactly what you should, and shouldn’t be eating.

Put down the TV dinners, the “sports bars,” the dieting shakes, and all that other CRAP that you’re bombarded with in advertisements and commercials everyday.
Food – REAL food – is not what’s holding you back from a happier, healthier life. Real foods – whole grains, lean proteins, fresh produce – nourish and fuel your body while keeping you full and satisfied.
The enemy isn’t food, the real enemy is the false promise of health that packaged meals and foods seem to fool us with.
